Our guarantee

Grade 6 Head Start is operated by Erin O'Neill, doing business as Next Grade Ready. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial signup date.

How billing works

• A card is required to start the 7-day free preview.
• If you do not cancel before the preview ends, you are charged $49 CAD once, plus applicable taxes, for 12 months of access.
• Cancelling during the preview stops the charge entirely — no refund is needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Please start your request with Paddle directly at paddle.net using the email address and order details from your receipt — that is the fastest route, and Paddle can action it immediately.

If you have trouble finding your order or Paddle cannot help, then email us at nextgradereadyadmin@gmail.com and we will point you in the right direction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Parent Zone billing tab. Cancelling stops future billing; if you cancel after being charged, you keep access for the remainder of your paid 12 months term.
